OFFICIAL SHIPPING & TRANSIT POLICY
By completing your purchase on our website, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions regarding shipping, fulfillment, and delivery liability.
1.Transfer of Risk and Ownership (FOB Shipping Point)
The moment Heavenly hands Botanical Creations And More LLC hands your package over to the third-party shipping carrier (including but not limited to USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL), legal ownership and all risk of loss or damage instantly transfers entirely to you, the buyer.
2. Absolute Limitation of Liability for Carriers
Heavenly Hands Botanical Creations And More LLC operates strictly as a fulfillment agent and is not responsible or legally liable under any circumstances for the actions, omissions, or failures of third-party delivery services. We explicitly deny all liability for:
Carrier Delays:
Delays caused by weather, transit disruptions, holidays, or carrier backlogs.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier that you cannot locate (including porch piracy).
Damaged in Transit:
Items broken, leaking, melted, or damaged during sorting, shipping, or delivery handling.
Any claims for lost, stolen, or transit-damaged items must be filed by you, the customer, directly with the shipping carrier.
3. Temperature and Weather Advisory (Skincare & Cream Products)
Because our formulas contain natural ingredients and oils, they can be sensitive to extreme temperature shifts. We are completely exempt from liability if your cream melts, separates, or spoils due to being left in hot transit trucks, outdoor mailboxes, or on porches after delivery. It is your responsibility to track your package and retrieve it immediately upon arrival.
4. Inaccurate Customer Data (Address Errors)
We ship packages exactly to the shipping address provided by the customer at checkout. Heavenly Hands Botanical Creations And More LLC is not liable if a package is misdelivered or permanently lost because you entered incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to customer error, you are responsible for paying all additional shipping fees to re-send the item.
5. Processing vs. Transit Timelines
"Processing time" is the time it takes to hand-craft, pack, and prepare your order for shipment. "Transit time" is the time the carrier takes to move the package to your destination. Posted transit windows are non-binding estimates provided by the carriers, not guarantees. No refunds on shipping fees or product costs will be issued due to carrier transit delays.
